  • What is Soft Play?
    Soft Play, aka Soft Playgrounds are fun, imaginative, and 100% engaging play for your littles. Soft Play develops important skills such as balance, coordination and problem-solving abilities - plus it's a great way to keep toddlers entertained and socializing in a safe environment for hours! We have custom play sets designed just for LOTP because we like to keep it cute.
  • What is your availability?
    We offer party rentals Monday - Sunday 8am - 9pm. We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for Saturday and Sunday events.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve cities within Brevard County, FL. We offer free delivery within 8 miles of our location in Satellite Beach, FL. For farther distances, we charge $2 per mile round-trip. If you are outside of Brevard County or unsure if we serve your area, please reach out via email or contact form.
  • What if it rains?
    In the event of rain or other inclement weather (Hello Florida!), we can either move the party indoors or move the party to a different date.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We do require all renters to read and sign safety waivers and abide by our safety rules. Safety is our #1 priority.
  • Can you setup outdoors?
    Yes, we can set up our equipment outdoors in an area that is dry, flat and level, and cleared of any mess and debris. Grass, concrete, stone, brick, composite, wood and pavement are okay. We also ask that you have some sort of shaded covering over the equipment to protect it and your kiddos from overheating (required during summer season of May 1 - October 1). This does not apply to bounce houses.
  • How often do you clean your equipment?
    We take safety and sanitation very seriously. We will thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment after each use - this includes ball pits and balls! We use organic, non-toxic, food-grade cleaners and disinfectants (Puracy) that are safe for babies and adults.
  • How do I book?
    First, fill out our Questionnaire Form on the “Book Us” page to tell us a little bit about your event. We want to make sure your event date and package are available. Once your $100 deposit is paid your date and rentals are secured. Your remaining balance is due at least 2 days prior to your event date.
